Meet Randy Kinst
Randy Kinst approaches every transaction with the desire to do what is best for the client. Real estate financing (for first-time buyers and seasoned investors alike) requires attention to detail and an intimate understanding of the mortgage industry.
With so many loan programs available, Randy has tremendous flexibility in tailoring a loan package for each and every borrower. By identifying each client’s specific needs, Randy is able to provide not just a loan but an integral part of a larger financial plan.
Randy graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Marketing and Finance. After working a few years at 3M, he started his career in mortgage lending, working in all phases of the business, from loan origination to secondary marketing, and enjoys teaching his client’s about the loan process, using his ingenuity and experience to best deal with each client’s unique needs and goals.
Randy and his family have lived in Pleasanton for over 30 years, enjoying all that the Bay Area has to offer in the way of culture, cuisine and local activities. This is a great place to live and work!
